Megward Construction is proud of its humble beginnings.  The company was first conceptualized in 2018 by Engr. Vicente Rodero Jr, who was working as a structural and project management consultant at the time. As a laborer himself prior to becoming an engineer, Engr. Rodero has observed that workers in the construction industry are often susceptible to exploitation.  Most construction workers are poorly compensated despite their invaluable contribution to the project.  The idea is to create a company that would revolutionize the construction landscape, particularly in the labor sector. Engr. Rodero believe that if workers are well compensated and valued, their productivity would significantly increase, thereby offsetting company overheads.  Eager to prove this point, Engr. Rodero decided to pool together a handful of laborers and skilled workers for a residential construction project within the locality.  It was not an easy task, however, for as the company was at its infancy, the pandemic happened.  Nevertheless, with uncompromising adherence to engineering principles coupled with sound management of financial and human resources, the company was able to survive during the pandemic to what it is today.  From there, the company has grown exponentially, expanding its services to include not only construction services, but also quality construction materials, as well.  The idea worked.  Megward Construction has grown to become a team of highly motivated individuals, whose dedication to work is unparalleled in the industry.
